In ‚Halfway to Utopia‘ viewers are led through a vertical place in a futuristic society where life is generated and death processed. Chocolate rabbits spend their lives in a sunny Genetic Engineering Department and in the common room next door people come together to grieve their losses. In the graveyard on the ground floor worms feed on the dead. The characters in this place eat and transform, they become part of a cycle. Their present is a processing of the past, somewhere halfway to utopia.
